Thanks for the link bri, but when I try to download the program the link leads to the program "Startuplist", Ithink the link for download is broken  ::)

Also shouldn't this be in the "Updates" topic  ::)

I just removed the ?tag=lst-0-10 and arrived at the correct location http://www.download.com/HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10514512.html and yes it would be nice in the Updates thread.

I wonder if they have resolved the 023 entry issues with avast and other applications.

Edit, strange thing there is nothing on the Merijn site about version 2, caution ???

Edit2, This modded link above still downloads startuplist.zip containing startuplist.exe, which is version 2. No hits from avast, but it looks like Download.com has stuffed up.

It is actually StartUpList that's at version 2. It seems to be an error at download.com.

There isn't any HJT2 at the official site
The only version 2 on the site is for StartUpList
as FreewheelinFrank mentioned.
