Unable to disable Avast Auto Subscription

Hello, first topic and post so a bit of a noob here, apologies if this is not the right board.

So I've had a year long use of one of the cleanup programs related to avast, I am still keeping the main software, but for the immediate future I got no need of the cleanup. I've attempted to go to the tracking order bit, but it says unable to do that because server issues even though it would identify a wrong password. Furthermore, I've attempted for days to cancel it on the account part itself, but it just replies with the "We're sorry, we couldn't cancel your Auto-renewal subscription."

Now, this is unacceptable. I am somewhat allergic to these subscriptions but making it a hassel to simply cancel an auto-renewal for days over multiple channels should not happen as it appertains to money and service. Nevertheless I find myself in some need of help in order to get said subscription cancelled, be it via tips or technical assistance from staff. Hopefully it can get sorted shortly. Thanks for whoever gives this the time of day.
