Problem saving file
« on: March 02, 2017, 04:35:56 PM »
Hi there!

I wrote a few days ago with problems when generating pdf files with a pdf printer.. And I deactivated the option of "analyze when writing" in order to be able to generate pdf files..
But now, I've found a new issue.. When I modify a file (for example a .doc) and I save it, I see how a new .TMP file is created and the modified file remains "opened by another user", so I can't edit or delete it untill I restart the computer.

If I deactivate Avast, I can edit and save all files without problem..

what is happening with this Avast version??

Thanks!

Hallo,
I have the same problem on many pc.
I'm sure that the problem regards computers with:
- Windows XP Professional SP3;
- Avast Business:
       - Program version: 17.2.2517 (build 17.2.3419.64)
       - Virus definition: 170404-0
Probably, the problem there is also with other computers (with other versions of Windows), but I must test them.
There is a solution???

Thank you
