Hard To Find License

I was having problems with my computer being slow and he said to completely remove Avast to see if this could fix
the problem because he had several other customers that had the same problem.
Now, when I tried to find my license at the website it said I didn't have one (see the Avast subscription jpg)
I had a hard time trying to get a copy of my license code because if you look at that same jpg you can see that
they put an e at the end of my email address.
The second jpg shows my license that I did find, but, because of the extra e in my email address I am unable
to cancel the automatic renewal option because it's not accepting my email and password.
I sent a support request but haven't received an answer back yet.
I don't want to remove Avast yet to see if it fixes the problem I'm having until I can cancel the automatic renewal
option.

I am a happy AVAST Prime user, plus AVAST SafeZone, and AVAST Passwords.
But the Autorenew feature is not for me, due to 3 to 5 Win machines (-XP thru -10), plus Android Samsung cellphone, & 2 Tablets, plus various other cheaply gotten Android Tablets (I like to experiment, + am an Instructor at our small local Computer Club).
I have disabled all automatic renewals, due to problems with tracking which machione has which auto-renewal!

AVAST products work fine, for me through my local ShawCable internet port.
I am keeping AVAST!

I uninstalled Avast and the slow down problem went away, but came back as soon as I reinstalled it
