Não conigo instalar o Avast

O meu Avast foi desinstalado por causa de um bug no sistema, após isso eu reiniciei o PC e tentei instalar novamente, contudo sempre me informa que o PC precisar ser primeiro reiniciado, mas iso já foi diversas vezes.

- Já limpei com avastclear
- Já limpei os registros

E continua a msg de erro na hora de instalar e gera o log acima.

Informe o ID do pacote



Localize o arquivo gerado e postar o nome do arquivo compactado

C:\Users\nome do usuário da máquina\AppData\Local\AvastSupport

Ao abri, apareceu isso. Eu cliquei em continuar e o software fechou.

Infelizmente a ferramenta não captura os logs sem o antivírus instalado.

Clique no botão Iniciar
Digite executar ou use as teclas Windows+R



Escreva %temp% e clique no botão OK.
Selecione todos os arquivos e pressione a tecla Delete.
Feito isto.

Excluir a pasta “AVAST Software” nestes locais
Clique em Sim para confirmar a exclusão



C:\Users\All Users
C:\Users\ nome da conta do Usuário \AppData\Local
C:\Users\nome da conta do Usuário \AppData\Roaming
C:\Users\Todos os Usuários

Ok.
Limpei pasta temp, contudo não havia pasta AVAST Software
Dentro das pastas de usuários, somente no meu usuário existe uma pasta K:\Users\Brenno\AppData\Local\AVAST Software
Nela contém:

/APM/Brenno/kv_pam (arquivo tipo data base file 12 kb)
/APM/kv_pam (arquivo tipo data base file 12 kb)
/APM/BrennoFfl2.dat (1kb)

Nenhum desses arquivos consigo deletar, o sistema impede.

E continua a msg de erro na hora de instalar e gera o log acima.

Para reinstalar precisa entrar em contato com o SAC, poir eles precisam verificar sa não há nenhuma restrição para baixar o produto novamente, ligue para: 11-3958-3843 ou 0800-892-2051.

Depois poste aqui o rsultado para ajudar os outros usuários.

Você precisa entrar em modo de segurança e apagar a pasta contendo estes arquivos.

Em seguida baixe o instalador a partir deste link e tente prosseguir com a instalação.
