auto renew cancel

Hi guys i have been trying to manage my 60 day trial of avast internet security but when i put my order# and password in that avast first emailed me with it says invalid information. i have learned in the last 3 weeks since my computer is wired in from my router and im the only user that i wont need a vendor firewall no more. i just want to use the windows firewall along with my router firewall. i want to switch to the avast free antivirus to protect me,but as stated i cant get into the account. i also have malwarebtyes 3.0 premium so i dont want to be charged for the avast internet security. can u guys help me out and figure out why it says invalid? i use the email and password that avast sent to my email address to try and login and manage this but as i said it says invalid.
