Uninstall stuck

Ive tried all way to uninstall avast and still got stuck on "Launching Executable file : wsc_proxy.exe /svc /unregister /firewall" .
-yes i did the https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility : it doesnt work.
-yes i did the uninstall by build-in application on windows 7 : surprise it doesnt work either
comment below please what should i do.

Remove avast manually.
Remove all folders/files/registry entries for avast.
