« on: April 11, 2017, 01:52:16 PM »
Hello, I Am Writing Because Whenever I Try To Access A Sign In Option On The New Update I Get A Notation Saying "The online content is unavailable, Please, check your internet connection and try again." I've Tried Re-Installing And Repairing The Anti-Virus But Nothing Is Working,

Windows 10 - 64-bit
Firefox x64
Avast Anti-Virus 17.3.2291

There is no need to sign into anything for the protection.

As has been said there should be no need to sign into the avastUI (User Interface) to be protected, so we are (I'm) a little confused.

If you could attach a screenshot of the screen your are trying to sign-in to.

OK, trying to link/connect your installation (sign in) to your my.avast.com. Whilst there have been problems in the past connecting to the my.avast.com account from the UI it can be done from your browser.

What happens if you try to use the Please Register your avast link ?

If you can connect to the my.avast.com using a browser ?

There is a way that you can link an installation to that account. I will wait on your response to my questions before suggesting another method.
