Mistyped email

Unfortunately I missed a letter in the mail address. So I did not get your email password.
What should I do? Ask for my money back? Can you improve your email address?
Unfortunately, I have indicated in several places, but did not get an answer.

You need to create a ticket and ask avast to change it.

There is currently a delay, but you should get a reply within 7 business days.

There is your problem.
Each time you submit a new ticket, you will be put back to the bottom of the stack (FiFo system).
You just need to have patience.

Thanks for the reply. I've written these emails 7 days ago. I want to get my money back. I used Win10 and it was a lot of trouble for Avast to win10.

If you are entitled to it, you will get the refund.
Just wait till avast is handling your ticket.
