WSUS and File Reputation
« on: April 16, 2017, 01:59:06 PM »
Having a lot of issues with Avast blocking our local WSUS server. The File Reputation portion is detecting updates, mostly on Win 7 machines, when WSUS is pushing .exe files to clients from internal WSUS server. Any way to whitelist an internal server or internal IIS?

You can whitelist the network server in you settings template in the Avast For Business console.

Click Network > Settings > Pick your template

Then under the antivirus settings tab, enter your exclusion at the bottom of the page. This should be global to all shields.
