I set up an email account but now it has gone. Why has it disappeared and how do I recover it?

On Avast Safezone. I had to create a google account. All my emails came in but they have disappeared now

The safezone browser is not a email provider nor a client and has nothing to do with a Google account.
So what do you mean ?

If your natural language isn't English perhaps it is easier for you to post in one of the non-English forums.
