If avast detect a "virus" as you say, there should be a popup warning with some info on
What does that popup say?

How to report False Positives

If you have avast with firewall and see a block

Try this, turn off port scan

Avast UI -> Protection -> Firewall -> Settings -> Advanced -> Uncheck "Enable automatic port scan detection"

So what you are saying is, the problem is "automatic port scan detection" is a bad thing / useless thing in Avast?
And, that its ok to disable it?

On another hand, I dont have Firewall enabled

No that is not what he is saying.
There is a known bug in it and avast is already working on it.
Disable it for know and enable it again after avast has released the fix for it.

I played Diablo 3 and have never seen a popup regarding its a virus but what youre describing to me sounds more like it was added to the gaming mode section of avast.

For those who disabled the port scanning, it can (and should) be enabled again.
The bug is fixed.
