SNOOZE AVAILABILITY ON AVAST ?

I am semiretired, I spend a lot of time on games over the internet, specially multiplayers, Delta Force Xtreme and BF2.
My main concern is  the lag I get from  the AV is  quite big...yes...I understand that its doing its job...very good indeed..... I have heard that some other products (AV) have the feature of snoozing while engaged in any game and just wake the AV when finished..
I know that I can control the Avast with the pauses, but 1 x 1 is quite slow, any possibility that in near future we can have a snooze button ?
Or there is one and I can find it...           Thanks in advance

avast does not have a times snooze feature.
You can pause all the providers using the context menu of the 'a' blue icon on system tray (right-click), last option will disable all providers at once.
Anyway, you'll be unprotected and gaming at the same time... I do not recommend...
