I run the same setup & no problems, might try a registy editor like regsupreme before reinstalling Ewido but it may have to do with the way you have Kerio configured, I've turened off ad blocking etc.

As mentioned above, there is an "official" Sunbelt Kerio forum at CastleCops.  The Kerio BSOD problem has been an issue for some time... long before Sunbelt purchased the firewall.  There's a topic devoted to just the BSOD issue in that forum...
