How do I cancel and OLD and no-longer-used subscription for a business that is not operating any more? The old business email addresses are not functional any more, so we DID NOT and CANNOT receive email notifications with renewal information or ORDER numbers. There is no Contact information that I can use with Avast that does not require ORDER information. All I have is the Credit Card, Charge Amount, and Date of Charges to go by. And we don't even own the computers that these old subscriptions cover.
I do NOT want to pay for these recent charges, but even more important, I do not want to pay for FUTURE charges either. HELP!
