this error message on start up will not allow me to send ANY emails. I have tried to fathom the rediculously complex fix for this problem in the help menu. Any suggestions on how to simply change Ports or Outlook Express settings to get my email back?

Could you post a little bit more about your system? I mean:
1. Do you use a proxy filter (local)?
2. Do you use any spam killer?
3. What program is using the port 25? Try
TCP View 2.33 to discover or any other port scanner posted in section
