disabled weekly scheduled full scan, scan runs anyways

so, I decided to disable the weekly scheduled full scan and lo and behold, for some reason it runs the scan anyways, despite me disabling the scheduling for it.

I had this scan set to run on mondays at 11pm.

in comparison, I have the smart scan set to run at the same time on sundays.

is there any particular reason avast would ignore me deactivating a scheduled scan setting?

Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.

ok, given its not a pressing problem, I'll deal with it friday, before the next scheduled scan days, that way I'm not left sitting for a week wondering if the repair worked or not.

repair complete?

after the restart, I didnt get a notification or nothing on the repair being complete....so i am unsure if it completed or not.


edit:
ok, I did get a warning flagging windows defender as an incompatible product, recommending I uninstall it. but it gave me the option to restart to complete the repair.
