Licence issue - Please Help

Hiya,

My account is showing that my Secureline licence expired today, but I'm unsure as to why, as payment was taken via auto-renewal on the 19th of April.

Could someone from please look into this? I have tried restarting and reinserting the licence to no avail.

Sorry I thought this was the avast forums where help was always available. I would call the 1-844 number if I could btw, but I don't live in the states. Plus it's an account issue not a tech issue so irrelevant FAQs and ad-ons aren't really going to help unfortunately, but if you have any contacts in other departments I'd greatly appreciate an intro.

About all of us are volunteers trying to help avast users.
We do not work for avast and can't check license information.
The only ones who can do so are people from avast.
You need to contact them. (create a ticket).
