Ok, I've read some stuff.
But it didn't say if it blocks hackers?
Also when I open it on control panel it says public networks on, with my home wifi, which has a password so it's not public?! What does this mean?

The info we have provided does answer your question(s).
Only thing you have to do is reading them.

Stop asking the same over and over again.
It is not gonna change the answers.
If you don't understand them, you need to start learning about computers and everything that comes with them and this is not the place for it.

The techtarget site has all the info you need.

Oh haha!
Public assumes that the network is shared with the World and is the most restrictive profile.
Does this mean that my computer is protected even if it says my wifi is public when it has a password?
Also please say-does it protect against hackers

Plz answer

You haven't said what OS you are using (no signature information either), so it really isn't possible to say what the windows firewall is going to do.

You actually learn by doing (the searches as suggested), that sticks in the mind, searching for the XP/win7/win8.0/win10 firewall would give you relevant information.

Simply asking questions like this if given answers will soon be gone from memory and end up being asked again.
