Pro version not working

I payed for the Pro Version and I had to reset my phone, than the Avast Antivirus for Android os asking me to pay again to Pro Version.
Is It correct?

Hi, our apologies, recently there has been a bug, causing some Pro licences not being recognized after the update. But we have fixed the issue for the upcoming version 6.3. It is going to be released by the end of this week in Beta version (https://goo.gl/5AVSFJ), public release shortly after that.
