Very difficult to display page with chrome and avast antivirus 17.4.2294
-https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list 
difficult to display page, must refresh more time and see page never finish download (no problem after disable web agent)

other example but not always reproduce, after disable/enable webagent.
-GoogleTranslate extension not work when webagent run: select sentence, clic icone to translate.. display only blank bubble.
-play.google.com: Does not display the menu on the left.

I use ipv4+6 and quic (Chrome 59.0.3071.29 64bits W7)

I was able to reproduce the loading issue with beta 17.4.2294.

Instead of turning off the Web Shield, turn off the Behavior Shield (From the user interface -> Settings -> Components, next to "Behavior Shield" click on the green area left of the checkmark).

Instead of turning off the behavior shield, you can  "customize" and add https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/* as an exclusion to the behavior shield. (In my simple testing, this works on both the initial 100 bugs listed and on the next 100 bugs listed.)

not work, temporary workaround is to exclude https://storage.googleapis.com/monorail-prod.appspot.com/*  used in bugs.chromium.com with http/2+quic/35

Could the problem is with that Google api.

change log: + Web Shield: Fixed SSL scanning issue on some sites - sites now load correctly

but not for bugs.chromium.org (I not use cache)
