Hi !
Newest Avast Free : VirtualBox.exe cannot start while Avast Free is running..
VirtualBoxSVC eats 50% of task time on both x86 and x64 version of Windows 7 Ultimate
even if i've put the entire VirtualBox folder onto the whitelist and have all heuristics disabled, but,
when i've disabled the Avast temporarily voila : VirtualBox Config Panel have suddenly started !

Further interestings :
- once in a session, while the VirtualBox Control Panel have been started due this temporary completly disabled Avast , VirtualBox can start again even if meanwhile the Avast is reactivated ...
- this temporary "token" is until the user logs off...
