Discord not working with Avast 17.4.2294

Took a while to figure this one out. Discord started launching absurdly slow, interface lags and there is about 3 seconds delay on push to talk before it activates. Disabling Avast shields (specifically File System Shield) immediately fixes everything. Can you please fix this? Can't use voice chat for anything anymore.

Windows 10, avast free (2294) and Discord are working together without any problem for me.

I wonder what's different from Eddy's set up that is causing issues for a few other people. Hm.

Windows 10 64bit, restarting pc and re-installing Discord didn't fix it, setting an exception for the Discord path didn't fix it, only disabling the file system shield does. It only started happening after the latest Avast update.
