Cleanup pro

Morning, brought a clean up pro addon license yesterday, and the process gets stuck at stage 1 (scanning pc) . Have inserted license no, have rebotted etc but still happens,?!?!

it was running all night and has been again all morning, progress bar is still only half way?!?!
