thxhmm i use 64 bit version of firefoxbut i guess that will not make a huge differenceis there a way to install the plug in manually?edit: just tested 32 bit version still dont workmy folder in c:\user\myname\appdata\roaming\mozilla\extensions is empty
looks exactly like on your screenshoteven uninstall reboot and install the browser extension again won't helpavast says its installed but in firefox its missingi installed another plugin (download helper) to test but this works so w10 is not blocking firefox extensions in general
