« on: May 12, 2017, 11:32:00 AM »
Phone: Intex Aqua Prime 3G     Android: 5.1    Processor: Quad Core MTK6580
Sorry my english is not very good
Hello, I have been infected by this application: com.google.services.settings
I have tried many antivirus programs that indicate uninstalling the application, but the application returns
I have reset the phone to its factory state and this application is reinstalled again
Please someone can say some way to disinfect the phone

Hi buzo, we need a sample of the virus - you can send it to us via the "Solucionar" button. Then we should be able to say more.

I do not know very well which is this button "solve", if it refers to the one that leaves when the alert jumps I have pressed and gives the option to desistalar:
Com.google.services.settings, I uninstall but this application is installed again
The only information I have now is the photograph of the post
I already do hard reset, if this problem returns I will comment
thank you very much

Hi, thanks for your message.

We need you to send us an APK file of the app, here is how to extract it:

- download to your mobile device the Apk Extractor app - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ext.ui - please note that if you wish to install directly from the page you must be logged in the same Google Account you use in your mobile device
- open the Apk Extractor app in your device
- find the desired app and tap the small "triangle like" icon in the line of the app
- a popup with "share" and "info" will appear - select "share"
- select "Gmail" - an e-mail with the attached apk of the desired app will be created
- as the recipient of the e-mail ("To" field) write android@avast.com
- as the subject please enter the "problem reported at the Avast forum"
- send the e-mail

If you wish to find the created apk in your device you can find it under "sdcard/ExtractedApks/"
