Avast update center

Can any one gives me all servers or ip of avast update
because i need to allow update through sophos firewall

There isn't just one, there are many and they can also change. It may be easier to exclude avast processes that connect to the internet.

Check the C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\setup\servers.def file for the current list.
