Avast Cleanup

So when i start my cleanup it scans my pc and all that then when i go to press the 'resolve' button it just doesn't work but does the animation that it has been click. Is there a fix for this?

Do you have a subscription for CleanUp ?
What exact avast version ?
What OS/SP ?
Is this the first time you run CleanUp ?

Perform a repair of avast and check if the problem is solved.
If not, perform a clean installation with the off-line installer for the latest avast version and check again.

The repair didn't work. And i have done a fresh install before but i will try it with the offline version if you could link me because i can only find the online one

Okay we are getting somewhere... I can now use the cleanup through the smart scan which i couldn't do before but i click the 'resolve' button through cleanup itself still
