Non-Existent Loyalty Discount?
« on: May 23, 2017, 05:42:37 AM »
I was just about to renew my Endpoint Protection Plus subscriptions via the renewal page from the software and discovered that it was going to cost me $48.99 per licence but when I checked on the Avast website they're only charging $39.99 per licence for the same software?

Why are you punishing your existing customers by charging them more?  I need 7 licences so this isn't just a few cents difference.

The renewal page states we're supposedly getting a 30% discount while new licences get 20%, but the numbers don't add up.  This feels like we're paying an extra loyalty fee, not getting a discount.

Am I missing something here?
