Devices are vulnerable
« on: April 05, 2017, 03:23:32 PM »
This morning we have about 20% of our devices reported as vulnerable in the console.  It says "Your virus definitions are more than 14 days out of date".  I have gone to several of these devices to investigate, and the definitions were current on every device.  Why is this happening?

Just to double-check that the computers have actually updated the console with their status, you can create a task just for "Virus Definition Update" and force all computers online to update status.

I setup that update task this morning for all the vulnerable devices, and it failed for all of them.   It says an error occurred while running the task.  It says to mention [4:0] to the support team.
