Does avast find fix for the lates uiwix virus, another virus that destroys pc

Hi,

Does the virus updates contain fix for this. This is the latest attack as per news paper reports. Since the exact terrm of virus is not known , i am asking this query

There is only one fix possible and it must come from MS as this malware makes use of EternalBlue.

Avast will continue to monitor these(Adylkuzz & UIWIX Ransomware) outbreaks according to avast blog post.
