Password Key Does Not Operate after using restore point

I restored my computer to a different restore point and my password key will not show anything, all my passwords are unable to be entered.

If you don't have a backup, they are lost.
That is the risk when you use a restore point.

How do I get the key to function again?  It gives me a blank square where the key once was.

While I am enjoying the security aspect of Avast, and its browser, I find the browser to be such a pain when it comes to reinstallation.  Vague info is just not enough when downloading this product, there should be info and warnings regarding reinstallation issues, lost bookmarks and such, stating to save the files, issues regarding restore and lost passwords and key function.  Some other browsers don't have these issues, but so far I really like Avast and want to keep using it.  Simply put, it is crucial to save bookmarks on your computer prior to reinstalling this product, and there is not warning about doing that when uninstalling the product.  I had very important things I was working on in bookmarks that are now gone and can't be found.  I consider this poor workmenship on the part of the designer of this product not to forewarn people.

Well, there is the old common sense, logic and basic computer knowledge.
They all say that if you remove something, it is gone.

There is a reason why long ago someone came up with the idea of creating a backup.

Actually you are wrong, because changing restore points doesn't always result in lost data even to Avast browser.  Once doing a clean install, my key function returned with all my passwords intact.  Thanks any way though for the conversation, it was interesting to say the least.

I never said that using a restore point always is causing loss of data.
