I can't disable Automatic Renewal. Help...

I received an email saying my VPN will be automatically renewed in 2 weeks.

When I followed the link to disable the option, I couldn't find any button that turns it off. This is what I can only see. I think the page is buggy. I've also tried using different browsers.

i face similar issue. i use my PC (runs on Lubuntu 16.10) to access avast account. when I try to disable automatic renewal i get error message " Error 100- internal server error". pls help.

There is no consumer version for Linux anymore.
There is only the paid server version.
If you have a problem with that, you need to contact your reseller.

Same here. Can't stop it. Going to get in contact with credit card company .
