I managed to register this avast 17.5.2303, downloaded it online, installed, went to uninstall programs I chose avast!
I saw an avast! The option to activate and activate it.
Now it remains for me how do I log in to this avast account?
I do not know what login information is.

If you have managed to logon to the forums, that is checked against the same id validation that is used to logon to the my.avast.com account.  Then you should be able to logon to the avast account.

As Bob suggested for other unrelated items this should be in its own new topic.

If my answer doesn't answer your question, we are going to need more detailed information on what/how you are trying to logon to your avast account. and because it is my.avast.com related, it should go into the Avast Account (my.avast.com) sub-forum.

Only, on this laptop where I have avast 17.5.2303 I can not log in because it does not show a window with login and password.
