I'm currently in my 30 day trial of SecureLine. I'm not totally sold, because Facebook, for instance, often comes to a grinding halt - but that's a different matter.
Before I started the trial, in the Avast interface, a price was quoted of the VPN costing $2.99 a month. A year would cost $36. But after I started the trial, it said at the trial's end, I would be automatically charged $49.99 for a year unless I cancelled the trial before it ended. That's quite a price difference.
Anyone know why the two different prices were quoted? Would it be smart to end the trial early, and then hope to see the $36 offer again so I could take that price?
