I've been trying to use this feature in Avast / Performance / Cleanup Premium.
When you click on Start-up processes, a popup page appears listing all processes with a status like Enabled / Disabled / Delayed.
It looks like a great feature, because the processes found are so numerous, unlike the few processes that you see and get to disable using msconfig. In itself, a feature like that would deserve to be paid as I assume it would speed up boot time and general performance.
The trouble is I chose to disable all except the antivirus two times and nothing happened. It did prompt to restart but they are still enabled.
I'm running Windows 10 Home.
