what to do if avast support doesnt refund/answer me??

what to do if avast support doesnt refund/answer me??
I sent them msg after 3-4 days and no its past over 10+..
I remember that until 30 days I can refund, and there is no answer
what to do??

Current handling time for tickets is 5-10 business days.

It doesn't matter when avast is handling the ticket.
If you created it within 30 days after purchasing a product, you will get the refund.

I have same kind of problem.
The ticket has been reported about 14 days ago and there is nothing from Avast support.
My ticket ID is #833103
