If possible could you also mention my ticket?
I tried to cancel my auto-renewal a few days prior to the deadline but the website wasn't working for some reason.
It kept timing out and I couldn't access my portal. I tried again after I had already been charged and I was able to access my portal but it was too late.
Long story short, my ticket was submitted a week ago and I haven't heard anything.
From what I've been reading, it appears that 10-15 business days is the norm but that seriously seems like a very long time.
I don't have a huge budget atm so the full price hit on the renewal was not expected.
If anyone can provide assistance I would greatly appreciate it.
