problem with avast internet security license

I have purchased a license for Internet security by auto renewal, when I log into my avast account, it says under licenses, I have license available to choose. but when I click there, it says, license expired 2 weeks ago, auto renewal failed, while avast has charged me and everything done.
I was able to insert the license on same computer with win 7 but now 2  days back I upgraded to win 10 and now I am having this problem.
is there any solution>??

Perform a clean installation of avast and try again.
It is known that upgrading to Windows 10 often is causing all kinds of problems.
