I purchased avast cleanup, I regret it and I also requested a refund but nobody has replied in 2 days now, has my ticket been lost???

Ticket Number #848442 I paid 20 euros for this bs and avast support is awful, 0 REPLIES. what is this

The support ticket system is currently taking around 10 or more business days for a resolution (woefully slow).

That however, shouldn't impact on your refund request provided you requested it within the refund request time frame.
