Don't receive any email after registration

Hi,
I've just installed avast on my asustor as3102t NAS, and it says that if i register for free on this site "https://www.avast.com/hu-hu/registration-free-antivirus.php" i will get a serial or registration number.
BUT, after two days, i don't receive any email, i checked my spam, i tried other emails (gmail, zimbra and some disposable...), other browsers, other computers, aaand nothing!
Can somebody help me?

The free version is registering itself if you are online.

its a NAS, not a pc or laptop... of course it's online. But after installation, it doesn't start without a serial number.

and if it registering if it is online,
the reg under the link doesn't work, so there is "another" problem which is waiting for solution.

Nope, its not fixed!
I installed the ADM 3.0 (beta) beacause it is required for avast v1.0.2.r168 (beta) and when i try to start the app i get this screen:

The text in the window means: avast is a license required app, register on this site before use (the registration is free)

but forget that the app doesnt work, focus on the site, if i fill every field, I DO NOT receive anything, not only serial nubmer, NOTHING!!!

I have been having same problem. Impossible to contact Avast via telephone. I have sent several support emails and no reply for two days now. I suggest that Asustor try to get another antivirus maker to work with them on this problem. It is apparent that Avast doesn't care to support it's customers. Has anyone else had any luck getting a serial number from Avast? I have filled out their online request twice and never got the promised email.

avast is using a FiFo system.
Each time you submit a ticket you will be put back to the bottom of the stack.

Current handling time for tickets is +/- 15 business days.

+/- 15 days - Oh wow plenty of time to get a virus or better yet a ransomware invasion. Odd thing paid subscribers get instant license file. If Avast wants to convert trial users to paid subscribers I suggest they give them equal treatment.

The image shows a entire different version of avast then avast free.

Here is an image of the screen capture of the start up page of the Avast Free Antivirus Software app. This is clearly the FREE version as indicated. After completing the register several times over the past week I have yet to receive a serial number or key. Help...it does no good to provide an antivirus app that can not be made to work. It is useless.
