whitelist not effective and not working

avast treat local email as spam and i whitelist it still mark as spam.

and i unspam it in outlook still the same.

how to remove local mail as NOT SPAM ?

Where does the training data store ?

why whitelist is not working ?


note: i'm running latest avast EPSP on exchange 2013 and client.

yes.

in the end I stop using avast antispam all together.

It seems like local email go to junk and spam to inbox.

As others do not have this problem, it seems to me it has to do with your setup.

they take years to reply a simple thing the s/w they created.
