Can't get through to any support

I cancelled auto renewal but avast have still taken the money via nexway. I no longer have the product or the computer it was on. I would like a refund of the £79.99. I can't get hold of anyone at avast as I have no order ID to submit a ticket. It also didn't recognise my email address so I had to reregister with my email account. This is the second year now that this has happened ... where I have cancelled auto renewal and I have still been charged. Can anyone please help me?

You need to contact avast for things like this.
