( Ticket ID: [#850289] )一直无人回复?

我提交了一个问题(#850289),中英文都有,但一直挂在网页上没有回复。麻烦帮我解决一下。问题如下(原问题后面附有截图证据):

我通过支付宝付款68.18人民币(10美元)升级avast。结果邮箱地址写错成*******@*******。正确邮箱应是******@*******或****@*******。请协助改成******@*******。我的联系电话是======。付款信息和软件界面见附件。

I paid ¥ 68.18($10)by Alipay at 8 am on 16th, June (see the attached file) to update the Avast. But I filled in the wrong email address as the attached file shows. The correct email should be******@******* or******@******* . Please help to correct to******@163.com.  So I can receive the activation code and license normally.

Never post your personal details (email) on a public webboard unless you want it to be abused.

As for the ticket, you just to have patience as only avast can change things.
Current handling time for tickets is 10-15 business days.
