Hi
I have an infection who comes back regardless what I do
several virus removal software
removal of related register keys by hand after long documentation on the net
Finally I signed up for a test period of Avast ... because my former security software
did not help either ( Mc Affee)
I have a Windows 10 version upgrade from a 7home premium who cames with my Asus laptop
 with Chrome and Google email
all my browser calls get redirected to
http://ww-searchings.com/?r=S2DNNXAG7C5CF84A34943F
Pleas do not tell me to go into the browser settings and change de standard browser etc... etc...
This needs somebody who knows how this kind of infection reinstalls itself all the time
There must be a piece of software who starts reconnecting with that site.
I think I have done pretty anything on the net this nasty piece of software
goes on rederecting me and seems to react to all my mouse actions when i am finally im my mail
or where I want to be to rederect me immediately to another
site  always the same

any serious help would be appreciated ...
Why has avast no effect on this mess?

thanks stefD

Just another redirector that comes with downloaded (often malicious) software.
Easy to remove.

like i said i tried everything available on the web ... so thank you Pondus and yes  your suggestion too
and a couple of others, to many to mention!

Even when the bug is gone for awhile it invariably comes back!!
Draining the Coockies, and chasing and deleting anything remotely ressembling
the redirectors mailsites from the register:..... :( :-\ nothing helps

I wonder of course why one ( EDDY) can with so much confidence pretend
"just another redirector easy to remove"  without any further comment
So if this is so would you be so good to put your money where your mouth is???
Sorry if this is blunt but i have been supplied with all kinds of totally useless suggestions

and your little remark does not help much eather

oh and by the way ... I made a mistake about AVAST it should read ....Avast has not done anything about
it and did not recognize it at all.
Since I am in my trial period i am not inclined to pay for an antivirus that does not
remove an easy to remove bug ...seemingly even does not take any notice of it

It is time for some serious advice from knowledgeable people who are able eventually to explain
the mechanism of the reinstallment of this tenacious bug, again and again without installing unknown or obscure software
And no !!! I have no suspicious software installed , and if installing I always look what changed in the
register afterwarths to make some conclusions where what happened and try to find out why; i always use custom install also
to have some grip on the situation.
I use also all kind of tools like

What I really want here is not someone who gives me another "little trick" , but somebody who explains in depth
how this bug reinstalls itself all the time and where, because i am tired of all the advice about all kinds of softwares
who is supposed to remove the little buggar... but in the end only consumes time of trying and fiddeling around
with "succes" that last no more than a few days if not hours or minutes!!

I do'nt know if any AVAST sales force reads this , but this is not very encoureaging to buy your program !
and yes i've been on the IRC chat ...  suggested in eddy's link....
dead end...  :-\ :-\

thanks
stefaan

Sure, I will put my money where my mouth it.
Bring me your system and I will show you.

Further command was not need as Pondus already told you what to do (and so far you failed).

Supplied with useless suggestion ?
You even haven't followed Pondus instructions, so you can't know if they are useless or not.

Keep in mind that avast nor any other tool can detect/remove everything.
Do you have PUP scanning enabled ?
