False positive in our app on Google Play
« on: June 27, 2017, 05:51:52 PM »
Hello.
Some of our users have sent us messages that our app contains malware. We believe this is a false positive as we have no issues with any other security products.

I would appreciate urgent help to understand this issue as this is impacting ratings on our apps and preventing users from downloading. We will appreciate all the help in troubleshooting this at the earliest please.

Application: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rutasdeautobuses.transmileniositp

Best Regards,

Fabio Parra

Tell the users to update their VPS.
There was a problem with it, but that has been fixed in the latest version.

If they still have a problem after doing so have them to report it to avast.

Hello,
thanks for the report. The FP should be already fixed, update your VPS, please.
