Avast Mobile Security Pro - Scan Failed! Something went wrong error

Hello I have been having issues with AMS and keep on getting the
Scan Failed! error. I cleared up AMS cache and it still not working.

Please help.

I am getting the same. 6.1.3 Free version. First time ANY Avast issues.

Well, there were some issues in this version, we have already fixed it for the upcoming version 6.4, which has already been rolled out to 10% of users, full public release is planned for later this week. Hi jjely, have you tried to clear the app data? (device Settings > Apps > Avast Mobile Security > Clear data and cache)
