hi i have the avasti 4.6 home edition, i have updated it recently, but i canno perform a scan, evretime i try i get this:
unknown error:
scan completed with error 42003=internal error
can u help, is it possible to send the answer to my email,

Which is your operational system? Do you have any other security programs in this computer?
