Support Ticket Refund - https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new?form=2.

Complete the support ticket and wait, don't submit multiple tickets as that slows the process. They are handled in a first in first out, so multiple ticket would be combined and go to the end of the list.

Currently completion is damn slow up to 15 business days. This shouldn't stop you getting a refund provided you are entitled, e.g. submission before the end of the refund period.

Thanks for your reply.  I could not get the message to accept "submit" so I am going to have my credit card company to reject the charge.  It was only $21.39 but Avast should be honest and the money to me.

You're welcome.

They will honour refund request if you submit the request ticket.

Why wouldn't it accept the submit ?

I do not know why the form I filled out did not go but when I pressed "submit" nothing happened. Don't worry about the money as I said $21.39 is not enough to make a big deal out of it.    Bobht

What I'm concerned about is that you may have an automatic payment renewal (continued protection) in place. You could end up with an automated payment instruction actioned in however long it is you have left on your current subscription. You would also need to cancel that.

Auto Payment Renewal - Disabling Automatic Renewal service for Avast products https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB126#artTitle.
