ja tive um celular conta premium e instalei antitheft root  ou seja se eu resetar o telefone ele ainda continua funcionando, ainda existe esse recurso?

Qual a versão do dispositivo e dar mais detalhes sobre, pois não compreendi o assunto?
Avast Anti-Theft não é mais ofertado para dispositivos roteados (não é suportado),o Anti-Theft foi integrado ao Avast Mobile Security, Não há proteção de redefinição rígida disponível no Avast Anti-Theft.
